Amenities of the resort include lagoon style community pool and spa, tennis courts, basketball courts, a sand volleyball court, a clubhouse with a fitness center, game room, convenience store, internet cafe, and a free 58 seat movie theater. There is also a childrens pool and playground. Windsor Hills is the "sister" community of Windsor Palms. The main difference between the two communities is the condos in Windsor Hills are elevator buildings, and Windsor Palms are walk-ups.
