Terms and Conditions

1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M.

2. Properties are strictly NON SMOKING.

3. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.

4. RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A credit card deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward the total and the remaining balance is charged 7 days prior to arrival.

5. CANCELLATIONS - An eight(8) day notice is required. Cancellations that are made more than eight (8) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, made within 7 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment.
