And our town homes and condos are located less than 10 minutes from the Disney’s main gate.

How do I get more information or make a reservation?
Simply use our online inquiry form . We will respond promptly with a price quote for your stay, including tax and any other applicable fees. When you are ready to book, you can call us at 847-732-3568, or send us an email with your phone number, and we will gladly call you to finalize your reservation over the phone.

Tell me more about Windsor Palms…
Our Premier Properties are all located in the Windsor Palms Resort, which is a gated resort community located just 3 miles from Disney. It is one of the most desireable resort communities in the Disney area. The amenities at Windsor Palms include a heated Olympic sized pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, a children’s pool and playground, a 7,000 square foot clubhouse with a game room, fitness center, sundry shop, video rental, and a free 58 seat movie theatre.

What are the payment terms?
A $200.00 security deposit OR a credit card number is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. We accept payment by check ( must be received at least 3 weeks prior to arrival) or Visa or Mastercard. Please note that there is also a 3% administrative fee added to all reservations. This fee is waived when paying by check or money order.

Where do I check in?
Once your reservation is made and final payment is received, you will be sent a confirmation letter along with directions to our management offices. Our management company is located on Highway 192, just a short drive from Windsor Palms. You will also receive the code for the key box in the event you arrive after the office has closed. You will find an instruction package waiting for you, along with keys and directions to your home. Of course, you will also receive a phone number to call anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if you should have any questions or need any assistance.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation outside of 30 days prior to arrival will incurs a $100.00 cancellation penalty. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival will forfeit all advanced payments.

What is provided and what do I need to bring?
Our condo and town home each comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a full sized washer and dryer, 4 cable TVs, 4 VCRs, 4 DVD players, and a music system. We provide clean bath towels and linens, as well as hair dryers, irons, and an initial supply of paper products such as toilet paper. We suggest you bring your own beach towels for the pool, as well as washclothes and personal toiletries such as shampoo and bath soap. There is a full service grocery store within a few minutes drive of each of our homes where these products can be purchased.
