Terms

1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M.

2. Properties are strictly NON SMOKING.

3. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.

4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

5. RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.

a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. All keys are returned to the management office and the unit is left locked.
c. No contents of the unit  are lost or damaged.
d. NO late check-out.

Alternately, a credit card number can be given in lieu of a cash deposit. No charges would be made to the card without the cardholders authorization.

6. PAYMENT – BALANCE OF RENT is due thirty (30) days before arrival date.

7. CANCELLATIONS – A thirty (30) day notice is required. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment.Early departure does not warrant any refund.
